Scope of these terms

These terms apply only to use of jjmaprime.com, the corporate website of JJMA Prime Ventures Corp.. They do not constitute HROVIA software or subscription terms, a product sale agreement, or the terms of Shopee, TikTok or another linked platform.

Using the website

You may use the website to learn about JJMA Prime, review published products and business information, follow approved links, and send relevant inquiries. Use it lawfully and do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, submit abusive or unlawful material, or use its identity to mislead others.

Do not send passwords, payment-card information, biometric records, government identifiers or other unnecessary sensitive information through the commercial inquiry form.

Information, products and inquiries

Website content is provided for corporate and informational purposes. JJMA Prime aims to keep it accurate, but descriptions may be corrected or updated. General business descriptions do not guarantee that a product, quantity, service, partnership or commercial arrangement is available.

Submitting a product inquiry or quotation request does not create an order, acceptance, contract or binding quotation. It does not guarantee price, stock, delivery, warranty, implementation or other commercial terms. Any transaction or engagement requires separately agreed terms from the appropriate contracting parties.

Biometric product pricing is intentionally not displayed on this website. Model-specific details and any later quotation should be checked before a purchasing decision.

Third-party websites and marketplaces

Links to Shopee, TikTok, HROVIA and other external services open websites operated under their own terms and privacy notices. JJMA Prime does not control those platforms' availability, interfaces, policies or technical operation. A link does not create a platform certification, reseller authorization or government endorsement.

Purchases made through a marketplace are governed by the applicable listing, seller terms, platform rules and mandatory consumer law. The TikTok destination currently shown by JJMA Prime is a social profile, not a represented TikTok Shop storefront.

Names, content and trademarks

The JJMA Prime name and official logo are used as the company's corporate identity. Website text, layout and approved media may be protected by applicable rights. Viewing the website does not grant permission to copy branding or suggest an affiliation, authorization or endorsement.

HROVIA™ is presented as a claimed trademark. The linked WIPO Global Brand Database record is provided for discovery and reference and does not establish that registration has been granted. These website terms do not grant a HROVIA software license or replace a separate product agreement. The registered-trademark symbol is not used.

Third-party names, product marks and materials remain subject to their respective rights. Nothing here restricts uses permitted by applicable law.

Availability, errors and responsibility

Website access may be interrupted, and content or links may change. Continuous availability, freedom from every error, or suitability for a particular transaction cannot be guaranteed. Please contact JJMA Prime if you identify a material error.

Any limitation of responsibility is interpreted under applicable law and the circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Applicable law

JJMA Prime is a Philippine corporation. These terms are interpreted under applicable Philippine law. Nothing in them removes mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights or determines a forum where applicable law provides otherwise.

The Website Privacy Notice explains how this website and its inquiry and recruitment paths handle personal information. It is separate from any HROVIA platform privacy notice.
